Terms of Service

IntelRadar (intelradar.ai) is a service provided by ARTI Distro FZ LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our").

These terms are an agreement between us and you: the person using IntelRadar, or the organisation you use it for ("you"). If you accept them for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, starting a trial or demo, or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use IntelRadar.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.

We have written these terms in plain words on purpose. Where a number is mentioned (credits, days, limits), it is the number the service uses today.

IntelRadar follows the people, brands, products, events and searches you choose. It reads publicly available information on social platforms, Google and news sites, analyses it with AI, and turns what it finds into situations (findings), tasks, reports, suggestions to grow, emails and notifications.

It also lets you link names to each other (rivals, partners, what a name belongs to and what it includes), compare names in benchmarks, make one-off reports on links you paste, invite teammates and free client viewers, share reports by link, and download your data.

We keep improving the service and may add, change or remove features. If we remove or materially reduce a feature included in a plan you have paid for, we will tell you at least 30 days before. If that change takes away something you paid for, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused time (section 5).

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date. We verify your email address by sending you a link.
• Keep your password safe and don't share your login. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has access, change your password and tell us at hello@intelradar.ai straight away.
• A workspace has an owner. The owner decides who is invited and what each person can do (owner, manager, member or client viewer), and is responsible for the people they invite, including client viewers.
• The owner controls the workspace's data. If you are invited to someone else's workspace, that workspace and its data belong to its owner.

• Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly (yearly is 20% off), and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown in US dollars on our website and at checkout. Taxes such as UAE VAT are added where the law requires.
• Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
• Each plan includes credits every month. Scans, reports and checks use credits; how many is shown in the app before you spend them where we can (for example on reports and schedules).
• There are two kinds of credits. Monthly plan credits arrive at each renewal; unused ones reset at the next renewal and don't carry over. Credit packs you buy separately, and credits we add to your account (for example as a goodwill gesture or for a demo), don't reset and can be used for 12 months from the day they're added.
• We always use your monthly plan credits first. Credit packs are used only once those run out, starting with the pack that expires soonest. The Credits page shows how many credits of each kind you have and exactly when each one expires.
• Credits have no cash value. They can't be sold or transferred, and can only be used in IntelRadar.
• Some reports and scans read a lot of data and take a few minutes (up to about 5). They run in the background while you keep using IntelRadar, and we tell you when each one is ready. Credits are set aside when one starts.
• If part of a report or scan can't be done, for example because a platform doesn't answer or sends data we can't trust, we leave that part out, say so in the report and return its share of credits automatically. If none of it can be done, we return all of them.
• Reports over the last 365 days or a lifetime read far more and use many more credits. We show the amount first and only run them once you confirm.
• If your credits run out, scheduled scans and reports wait until credits are added. Nothing is deleted.
• If we change a price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you want.
• Free trials last 7 days with 120 credits. You are not charged unless you choose a plan.
• Demo accounts we create for you are free. They have the credits and the end date we give you. When the end date passes, access stops and nothing is deleted, so you can continue on a paid plan.

• You can cancel any time, in the app or by writing to hello@intelradar.ai. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• First payment: if you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and have used less than 10% of its included credits, we refund that payment in full.
• Credits already used can't be refunded. If credits were used by mistake or because of a fault on our side, open a support ticket within 30 days and we will review it and return them where it's fair.
• If we end your plan or the service for any reason other than your breach of these terms, we refund the unused part of what you prepaid, including unused credit packs.
• Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

You agree not to use IntelRadar to:

• stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten or expose anyone, or unlawfully monitor a person;
• follow or profile private individuals without a lawful reason, or try to identify people who choose to stay anonymous;
• collect sensitive information about individuals, such as health, religion, political views or sexual orientation, or make decisions about people based on it;
• break any law, including privacy, data protection, defamation, competition and anti-discrimination laws, or the terms of the platforms whose public information you analyse;
• copy, resell, scrape or bulk-extract the service or its data, or use it to build a competing product;
• share logins, get around credit, seat or name limits, or test, probe or interfere with our security;
• upload malicious code or put an unreasonable load on the service.

Most people follow public figures, brands, products, events and their own clients. You are responsible for having a legitimate reason for the names you follow and for how you use what you learn.

• We only read information that is publicly available. We don't read private accounts, private messages or anything behind a login, and we never post, like, follow or message anyone on your behalf.
• Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn, Spotify, Google and the other platforms we read are independent companies. IntelRadar is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Their content belongs to the people who posted it, and their terms apply to it.
• Because of those terms and privacy law, some information can't be kept for long or included in your download, such as copies of other people's posts, comments, usernames and photos. The Download your data page explains this platform by platform.
• Platforms can change or limit access at any time. If that affects a feature you use, we will tell you and adapt the service where we can.

• Analyses, summaries, sentiment and emotion readings, scores, matched accounts, growth suggestions and suggested tasks are produced automatically. They can be incomplete or wrong.
• Check important points before you act on them, especially before public statements, legal steps or commercial decisions. The evidence and sources are linked so you can.
• Nothing in IntelRadar is legal, financial or other professional advice.

• What you enter (names, accounts, notes, rules, settings) and the reports made for you are yours. You can use and share them, including with your own clients. We don't claim ownership of them.
• IntelRadar remembers what it learns about the names you follow (the themes people talk about, stories that come back, the accounts that amplified them and what worked) and uses it to make your later findings and reports more useful. This memory is part of your workspace's data: only your workspace uses it, you can make IntelRadar forget any item, and it is deleted with your workspace.
• You allow us to store and process your content only to run, secure, support and improve IntelRadar for you.
• We don't sell your data, and we don't use your workspace's content to train AI models.
• We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Our Privacy Policy explains this in detail.
• You can download your data at any time from Settings (Profile for client viewers): one .zip, emailed as a link that works for 7 days, up to 3 downloads a day.
• Share links can be opened by anyone who has them, without signing in. You can reset a link, or delete the report, to stop it working.
• Deleted reports and names stay in the trash for 30 days so you can restore them. When an account is closed, we keep its workspace data for 90 days so you can come back or download it, then delete or anonymise it, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
• We send emails about your account and your workspace. You can turn each type off, except emails we must send: security, email verification, billing and legal notices.

We own the IntelRadar software, design and brand. While your account is active, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use IntelRadar under these terms.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve IntelRadar without owing you anything for them. Thank you.

• We work to keep IntelRadar available and announce planned maintenance where we can. We don't guarantee a specific uptime unless we have agreed one with you in writing.
• We may limit, suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, isn't paid, or puts other people or the service at risk. Unless the situation is urgent or the law prevents it, we will tell you first and give you at least 7 days to fix it, and you can download your data during that time.
• You can close your account at any time by writing to hello@intelradar.ai.
• If we decide to stop offering IntelRadar, we will give you at least 60 days' notice and refund any unused prepaid time and credit packs.

• We provide IntelRadar with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, it is provided as it is: we can't promise that every result is complete or accurate, or that third-party platforms will stay accessible.
• AI Whisper, the box marked “off the record” at the end of some reports, is a deliberately bold reading by AI that goes beyond what the data can prove. It is speculation, not advice and not one of our findings, and it can be wrong. Any decision you base on it is yours; we are not responsible for it. Your team can switch it off on any report, and anyone reading a report can hide it.
• Neither of us is responsible to the other for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, except in cases of fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or where the law doesn't allow this to be excluded.
• Each party's total responsibility to the other for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid or owed us for IntelRadar in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if that is more. This doesn't limit your obligation to pay for the service, or any responsibility the law doesn't allow to be limited.
• You will cover us for claims by others that come from your unlawful use of IntelRadar or a breach of section 6. We will cover you for claims that the IntelRadar software itself infringes someone else's intellectual property rights (this doesn't include third-party content we read on your behalf).

• We update these terms as IntelRadar changes. The version and the date of the latest update are at the top of this page.
• If a change takes away rights or adds obligations for you, we tell you by email and in the app at least 30 days before it applies. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then and get a refund for the unused prepaid time.
• Other changes, such as clarifications or terms for new features that don't take anything away, apply when we publish them.

• Send any notice to us, including legal notices, complaints, cancellations and data requests, to hello@intelradar.ai.
• We send notices to you at the email address on your account, or in the app.
• If something goes wrong, please write to us first. We will try to resolve it within 30 days before either of us takes formal steps.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

If a dispute can't be resolved by talking within 30 days, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If you use IntelRadar as a consumer, you keep any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, under its mandatory laws.

• These terms, together with your order details, are the whole agreement between us about IntelRadar. If we sign a separate agreement with you (for example for Enterprise), that agreement wins where the two differ.
• If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
• If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
• We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over IntelRadar, and will tell you if we do. You may transfer it with our written consent, which we won't refuse without a good reason.
• Neither of us is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as outages of third-party platforms or internet providers, natural disasters or government action.
• These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version applies where they differ.
