Privacy Policy

IntelRadar (intelradar.ai) is a service of ARTI Distro FZ LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Version 1.2, last updated 11 October 2026.

The short version

  • ARTI Distro FZ LLC (Dubai, UAE) runs IntelRadar and is responsible for your personal data. Questions or requests: hello@intelradar.ai.
  • We collect what you give us, what you create in IntelRadar and basic records of how the service is used. We read only public information about the names you follow.
  • We don't sell personal data, don't show ads, don't use tracking cookies, and don't use your workspace's content to train AI models.
  • IntelRadar remembers what it learns about the names you follow, so it gets more useful over time. That memory holds our analysis, not copies of private people's posts. Only your workspace uses it, and you can make it forget.
  • Outside companies help us run IntelRadar (hosting, email, payments, error monitoring, public data collection, AI analysis). They may only use data to do that work for us.
  • You can see, download, correct and delete your data. People who are discussed in public posts can ask us what we hold and ask to be left out.
  • We keep data only as long as we need it: copies of public posts for 90 days at most, closed accounts for 90 days, invoices as tax law requires.

This summary helps you read the page; the full text below is what applies.

1. Who we are

IntelRadar (intelradar.ai) is a service of ARTI Distro FZ LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). We decide how and why your personal data is used for running IntelRadar, so we are responsible for it (the "controller").

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It applies to IntelRadar's website, app and emails. Write to hello@intelradar.ai with any privacy question or request.

It covers three groups of people: our customers and their teams ("you"), people who ask us for a demo, and people whose public information appears in what IntelRadar reads (section 4).

2. What we collect about you

  • Account details: your name, email address, phone number, job title and company, the sign-in ID if you have one, your password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form), your role in each workspace and whether your email is verified
  • What you create: the names, accounts, search terms and links you add, rules, notes and @mentions, tasks, reports, linked names, support tickets and messages, and your settings (such as which emails you get and your time zone)
  • Usage records: when you sign in and how (email or sign-in ID), when you use the app (at most one record every 30 minutes), what you do in a workspace (the activity log your team sees), credits used, and whether you took the first-login tour
  • Billing: your plan, invoices and payment status. Card details go directly to our payment provider; we never see or store them
  • Emails: a record of the emails we send you (address, subject, content, time) and your email preferences, so we don't send the same thing twice and can show you what was sent
  • Demo requests: your name, work email, company, team type, how many names you'd follow and your message, when you ask for a demo on our website
  • Technical data: the security and error logs our hosting provider keeps, which can include your IP address and browser type; and error reports (what went wrong, on which page, and your browser type), sent to our error monitoring provider without your name, email, IP address, cookies or the content you work on

We don't ask for or collect sensitive information about you, such as health, religion or political views.

3. How we use it, and why we're allowed to

  • To provide IntelRadar: create your account, run scans, write analyses, show your workspace, send the emails you've chosen, and handle support. We need this to perform our agreement with you (the Terms of Service).
  • To bill you and meet legal duties, such as keeping invoices for tax. Required by law.
  • To keep IntelRadar secure: verify emails, protect accounts, prevent abuse and fix problems. Our legitimate interest in a safe service.
  • To improve IntelRadar, using overall statistics about how features are used, not by reading your workspace's content. Our legitimate interest.
  • To reply to demo requests and tell you about IntelRadar. Our legitimate interest, or your consent where the law requires it. You can opt out any time.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have balanced them against your rights. You can object (section 9). Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

4. People who appear in public information

IntelRadar reads publicly available information about the names our customers follow: public profiles, posts, comments, replies, follower counts, news articles and search results. This can include the public username and words of people who comment.

  • We only read what anyone can see without signing in. We never read private accounts, private messages or anything behind a login.
  • AI reads comments to work out overall tone, emotions, topics and the type of audience (for example "loyal fans" or "critics"), and to flag harassment or legal risk. We don't try to identify anonymous people or work out sensitive characteristics, such as health, religion or sexual orientation.
  • What customers see is mostly overall numbers and analysis. Copies of individual posts and comments are kept for 90 days at most (shorter where a platform requires it, such as 30 days for YouTube), then deleted; the numbers and analysis remain.
  • Customers choose who they follow and must have a legitimate reason, such as their own brand, their clients, public figures or competitors. Our Terms of Service forbid using IntelRadar to stalk, harass or profile private individuals.
  • If you think your public information appears in IntelRadar, you can ask us what we hold and ask us to leave your public account out of future analysis, by writing to hello@intelradar.ai. We will reply within 30 days.

We process this information because of our and our customers' legitimate interest in understanding public conversation about brands, artists and products, which we have balanced against the privacy of the people involved.

5. AI, automated analysis and memory

  • To write analyses, we send the relevant public posts and your workspace's settings for that name to AI providers that process them for us. They may not use this data for their own purposes, including training their models.
  • We don't use your workspace's content to train AI models.
  • IntelRadar's analysis and suggestions help people decide; they don't make decisions about individuals with legal or similarly significant effects.

Memory. IntelRadar learns from every scan, finding and report and keeps what it learns about each name you follow, so that something seen months ago can explain something today. For example, if a complaint about prices came up in January, a December finding about prices says so and links to what happened then.

  • What memory keeps: our own analysis (the themes people talked about and how strong they got, the shape of each situation and why it happened, what kind of situation it was), counts and dates, what your team did and how long it took, links to the public sources, and public accounts that amplified a story, such as press and large public pages.
  • What memory never keeps: copies of private people's posts or comments, their usernames or profiles. Those copies are still deleted after 90 days (30 days for YouTube), as section 8 says.
  • Who uses it: only your workspace. Your memory is never shown to other customers. To improve IntelRadar for everyone we use only anonymous counts across workspaces, such as how long situations of one kind usually take to calm down, and only when there are enough cases from enough workspaces that no customer can be identified.
  • Your control: each name has a Memory page listing what IntelRadar has learned. Anyone on your team who can edit names can make IntelRadar forget an item: it stops being used at once, can be restored for 30 days, and is then deleted.
  • Why we're allowed to: it is part of the service you asked for (contract), and for public information about people, our and our customers' legitimate interest in understanding public conversation over time, limited as described above.

6. Who we share it with

  • Your workspace: teammates see what their role allows; client viewers see only their own names and approved reports. The workspace owner controls who is invited.
  • Share links: anyone you give a report link to can open that report without signing in.
  • Service providers who run parts of IntelRadar for us: hosting and database, email delivery, payment processing, error monitoring, collection of public platform data, AI analysis and profile photo lookups. They may use personal data only to provide their service to us, under contracts that require them to protect it.
  • IntelRadar staff, only when needed to support you, keep the service running or investigate abuse. When staff open a workspace for support, it is shown on screen and logged.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect people's safety or our legal rights.
  • A company that takes over IntelRadar, if that happens. We would tell you first and this policy would continue to protect your data.

We don't sell personal data and we don't share it for advertising. You can ask for the current list of our service providers at hello@intelradar.ai.

7. Where your data is stored

Our hosting and service providers may store and process data outside the UAE, for example in the European Union or the United States. When data leaves the UAE or the European Economic Area, we use safeguards the law recognises, such as standard contractual clauses, so it stays protected to the same standard.

8. How long we keep it

  • Your account and workspace: while the account is open. After it's closed, 90 days (so you can come back or download your data), then deleted or anonymised
  • Deleted reports and names: 30 days in the trash, so they can be restored
  • Copies of public posts and comments: 90 days at most, 30 days for YouTube; the overall numbers and analysis stay with the workspace
  • What IntelRadar has learned about each name (memory): while the workspace is open, then deleted with it. Items you ask it to forget stop being used at once and are deleted after 30 days
  • Account lookups when following a name: 7 days
  • Sign-in and app-use records: 12 months
  • Record of emails sent: 12 months
  • Data downloads you ask for: the file is deleted after 7 days
  • Verification and password links: they stop working after 7 days
  • Demo requests: 12 months, unless you become a customer
  • Invoices and billing records: as long as UAE tax law requires, currently at least 5 years
  • Hosting security logs: short periods, typically up to 30 days
  • Error reports: up to 90 days

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • know what personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
  • have it corrected if it's wrong (most of it you can change yourself in your profile);
  • have it deleted, or its use restricted;
  • object to how we use it, including for marketing;
  • take it with you in a common format (Settings > Download your data gives you a .zip at any time);
  • withdraw consent where we rely on it;
  • complain to a data protection authority, such as the UAE Data Office or the authority where you live.

To use any of these rights, write to hello@intelradar.ai. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we reply within 30 days. If you're on a workspace someone else owns, we may pass your request to the owner, who controls that workspace's data, and help them answer it.

10. Cookies

We use one cookie that is needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we don't let other companies place cookies through IntelRadar. Because the cookie is strictly necessary, we don't ask for consent to it. If we ever add other cookies, we'll update this policy and ask first where the law requires.

11. Emails

We email you about your account and your workspace: alerts, reports, briefs, summaries and support replies. You can switch each type off in your profile or from the link in each email. Security, verification, billing and legal emails can't be switched off because you need them.

12. Security

  • Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.
  • Access inside a workspace follows roles; staff access is logged.
  • Links in emails are signed and expire; data downloads only work for the person who asked, while signed in.
  • If a data breach puts your rights at risk, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password you don't use elsewhere and tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed.

13. Children

IntelRadar is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you think a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when IntelRadar changes how it uses personal data. The version and the date of the latest update are at the top of this page. If a change matters for your rights, we tell you by email and in the app at least 30 days before it applies.
